Milan Fashion Week was a shocking departure from the minimalist runways of New York and London. From the boldly colorful hair extensions at Versace and the electric colored mascara at Emilio Pucci, to the embellished hair clips at No. 21 and the ultra smudged smoky eye at Prada, here’s a closer look at the most memorable fall beauty trends from Milan.
