Not All Models Train Like Angels

We love to ask models for their exercise routines—especially when the answers are less than traditional. Here, a few models who admit to unconventional training, or not exercising at all.

Riley Montana “Eat, sleep, then eat again. Maybe walk to get the mail.”

Helena Severin “I live on the sixth floor—without an elevator.”
Mariacarla Boscono “None now… before bikram yoga and swimming.”
Tamy Glauser “If I go to the gym, I do 30 minutes of cardio to warm up. Then some really light weight lifting for different body parts. After that I swim a round or go straight to the sauna. But yeah… it’s been a minute.”
Anna Ewers “Take long walks.”
Issa Lish “I usually don’t work out that often, but sometimes I go to the gym when I want to get some energy out of my system. I like to dance, and I walk pretty much everywhere.”
