Some Very Un-Wholesome Artists Would Like to Wish You a Merry XXXmas

KWG Carter, 2016 v1.JPG

It’s human nature to come together around the holidays, which is exactly what 22 artists have done in downtown New York at Kate Werble Gallery this December for an X-rated appreciation of the birth of Jesus. “XXXmASS,” which is up until January 19, features everything from explicit wish lists to satanic reindeer to “metal mistletoe,” all tucked behind a relatively tame, riot grrrl-inspired window display. A look inside the festivities, here.
