Sitting next to the dermatologist Lisa Airan at a dinner recently, I couldn’t help myself. “What would you do with this?” I asked, pointing at my face. To my surprise (and chagrin), I found her staring at my neck. “I would Botox it, then a week or two later do Thermage to tighten it, and inject platelet-rich plasma to improve the texture,” Airan said. Well, I did ask… And I bet all this would do wonders, but till I get up the courage, I’m relying on two potent new neck potions: Phace Bioactive Rejuvenating Décolleté Cream ($104, phacebioactive.com) contains collagen and hyaluronic acid to firm skin, and Lancer Contour Décolleté Firming Concentrate ($185, lancerskincare.com) draws on red seaweed and peptides from snail venom to reduce crepiness. I just might consider retiring my turtlenecks.
