As serious homebodies, my husband and I love staying in and cooking (and then blogging about it). Nothing gets us more excited than a new cookbook, especially one with a healthy bent. Our latest love: chef April Bloomfield’s “A Girl and Her Greens,” which intermingles anecdotes about her life with easy-to-follow recipes, including our new favorite, kale polenta.
