The director of skincare for Exhale believes in the power of applying simple hydrating serums and ingesting your omegas, and regards everything from retinols to microdermabrasion with suspicion. “I have a healthy sense of skepticism,” says the 32-year-old, who prides herself on stocking Exhale only with product lines—iS Clinical, 302 and Actifirm among them—that meet her stringent standards. She’s also a master of light and ultrasound therapies, using them to target wrinkles, rosacea and clogged pores.
