Why: Sevigny upcycles the British governess look with pieces straight off Miu Miu’s Spring 2016 runway. The doctor’s satchel and clog-like shoes are offset by a touch of whimsy in her overcoat — the sheer ruffle down its length — and her printed dress — adorned with images of melting candles.
