Philippe Allouche is the French physician behind the skincare line Biologique Recherche—his acne-fighting Lotion P50 has a serious cult following. Sérum 3R, his latest miracle brew, is a light spray designed to gently renew, regenerate, and repair aging skin with exfoliating white willow bark and firming elder flower and chestnut. Allouche is so excited about 3R that he’s created a facial around it, Cryo 3R. I tested it out at New York’s Peninsula Hotel and left with pillowy-soft cheeks that looked almost lifted.
