Inez van Lamsweerde adores BLK DNM’s white tuxedo blazer. Dree Hemingway regularly sports their black leather biker jacket. Carolyn Murphy has fallen for their “6” jeans, and she claims if Jackie O. were still alive, she’d be mad for the chic, high-waisted style as well. With customers such as these, it’s hard to believe Johan Lindeberg launched his wildly popular sportswear label only 12 months ago. To celebrate their 1-year anniversary, the brand has teamed with Purple Magazine on a week-long exhibition at its Lafayette Street flagship. Curated by Purple’s Olivier Zahm, the show includes work by Terry Richardson, Aaron Young, Olaf Breuning, David Salle, and Spencer Sweeney, and kicks off tomorrow with a poster signing by Robert Longo, as well as a sale of limited edition T-shirts (shown, with work by Aaron Young), designed by Purple Fashion.

The exhibit will run February 11- 16 at BLK DNM, 237 Lafayette Street, NYC; 212.966.6258
