"Dress to shine." That was the only instruction on the invitation. Hmmm. How to interpret a call to sparkle? In Brooklyn, no less. So it was that this crowd of eccentrics headed to Park Slope on a recent Saturday night and delivered their whimsical, and high fashion, take on Brooklyn winter chic in the latest edition of Tongue in Chic by Marisa Acocella Marchetto.
