On January 26, Cynthia Nixon returns to Broadway in Wit, Margaret Edson’s Pulitzer Prize–winning 1998 drama about a brilliant poetry professor dying of cancer (through March 4). Wit opens at the Manhattan Theatre Club, where Nixon’s last turn on Broadway, as a grieving mother in David Lindsay-Abaire’s Rabbit Hole, won her a Tony award in 2006.
