For Donna Karan’s Spring 2015 show makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury gave skin a super dewy effect that almost mimicked a glossy, plastic mannequin by mixing MAC Select Cover Concealer ($19, maccosmetics.com) with Studio Moisture Cream ($33, maccosmetics.com). She added matte greige shadow to lids and concealer to lips to further the theme of muted, simplistic perfection. For hair, stylist Eugene Souleiman designed a long, thick, four-strand braid that was not only graphic, like Karan’s street art-tinged prints, but also gave the models a “Spanish feel,” he said. “We are giving the girls such a ridiculous amount of hair, it’s disgusting in a good way,” said Souleiman of the extension-heavy style, for which he used Wella styling products. “What I really like about this is we are making the hair an ornament.”
