Ellie Bamber is one rising star. The 19-year-old, British-born actress shows off her talents alongside Jake Gyllenhaal and Amy Adams in Tom Ford’s Nocturnal Animals. Despite her busy schedule and a long press tour for the film, Bamber still fits in some much necessary me time. Here, Bamber shares the best workout spot in London, her favorite polish name, and the fragrance she sprays before getting into bed.

Your look in three words: Fresh. Natural. Glow.

Dopp Kit Snapshot: I always have Chanel lip salve with me, a sheet mask for the plane and extra moisturizer. I like to use iS Clinical Moisturizer, luxe eye mask and drink water.

A Good Hair Day Starts With: Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray.

Makeup Miracles: Chanel mascara, Jane Iredale Glow Time BB Cream and Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage are a must. I also like Sisley Phyto Blush Eclat, Kevyn Aucoin Eyelash Curler (it’s the best!), Urban Decay’s Naked Palette, Chanel’s brow kit and Tom Ford’s liquid liner pen.

Nails Must Be: Chanel Rouge Noir or OPI Lincoln Park After Dark. This is the shade that Tom Ford picked out for Nocturnal Animals – I just love the name!

Sheet Mask or Mud Mask: AmorePacific Moisture Bound Intensive Serum Mask.

Bronze or Blush: I love highlighting blush. Some I like are Marc Jacobs Spotlight Glow Stick, RMS Living Luminizer and Sisley l’Orchidée .

Beauty from the Inside Out: Eat what you want, but in moderation. I like a protein shake after the gym; I think that’s important. I also eat lots of fruit and vegetables.

Exercise Obsession: 1Rebel. It’s a place in London where you can do intense boxing, running and spinning classes all to incredible music. I couldn’t live without it!

Product That You Borrow From the Boys: More of a unisex fragrance – Le Labo Santal or Calvin Klein boxers.

Product That You Picked up From the Pros: Stila Lip & Cheek Cream from Donald Mowat on the set of Nocturnal Animals.

Nighttime Drink of Choice: When I’m out I like a glass of red wine. Just before bed, I’ll always have a chamomile tea.

Most Searing Beauty Question: How to get rid of a spot in less than 5 hours?!

Definite Doppelgänger: Isla Fisher or Amy Adams.

Evening Beauty Rituals: I always double cleanse and use a lot of the iS Clinical products, including the active serum which I swear by. I finish with the Liz Earle Superskin Eye Cream.

You’re Staying in For the Night, You Are…: Having a bath a la Margo Tenenbaum.

In Tub Must Have: Chanel No. 5 Foaming Bath with a Diptyque Candle.

Fragrance You’d Wear to Bed: Chanel No. 5.

For Ellie Bamber, Bedtime Snacks Are an Important Part of Any Nightly Beauty Routine
