How did you do Jennifer’s makeup? We did a quite dark, smoky eye, lots of eyelashes and a nude mouth. It’s stronger makeup than she normally has, a little bit sexy and a little bit raw-looking.
For this shot, Pieroni used Clé de Peau’s the Mascara in Black, Intensifying Cream Eyeliner in Black, Eye Color Quad in #14 and Extra Rich Lipstick in Calliope T4.
What was the chemistry like between her and Gerard? He was very nice and the both of them together were really sweet. Obviously they’ve just done a movie together so they’re good friends. And they have good banter going on between them.
What was Jennifer like to work with? You can imagine you could be friends with her, she’s just a really cool woman. She didn’t have any weird hang-ups about being famous. You know how people can get demanding and difficult? She’s very unassuming. I know it sounds really awful, because it makes her sound bland and I don’t mean it like that, but she’s the perfect girl next door.
