What: A neon orange long sleeve knit dress, black sandals and black python clutch, all from Michael Kors pre-fall 2013.
Why: Standing out in a room full of Michael Kors-clad models and celebrities isn’t easy (Kors, the designer, presented former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with a community service award and dressed everyone from Clinton to Iman, Jennifer Hudson and Hilary Swank). A clean-lined day-glo dress and Kloss’s elegant stature do the trick.
