Warm Winter

My favorite color is winter white, also known as ecru. So I was thrilled to see the cozy hue on the runways at Adam Lippes, Stella McCartney, and Rachel Comey, to name just a few. The ideal makeup match? The palest, pinkest nude you can imagine. My picks are Rodial Glamstick in Bite ($28, bluemercury.com), Tom Ford Complexion Enhancing Primer in Pink Glow ($74, tomford.com), MAC Haute Dogs Mineralize Rich Lipstick in Fashion Pack ($23, maccosmetics.com), and Chanel Illusion D’Ombre in Melody ($36, chanel.com). All of them would fit in the extra-roomy pockets of Rachel Comey’s divine culotte ensemble.. Now, if only my own pockets were deep enough to afford it.
