Never count out a Los Angeles fashion event to bring together a diverse group of celebrities. This week's party scene kicked off on Sunday night as the The Daily Front Row hosted its third annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards. In attendance: Kim Kardashian West, Nicki Minaj, Ashton Kutcher, Kaia and Presley Gerber, and host Nick Jonas, as well as Paris Jackson, who rang in her 19th birthday by receiving the Emerging Talent award, presented to her by Hailey Baldwin. Also this week, Matchesfashion.com celebrated its 30th anniversary with a number of fetes, and Victoria Beckham celebrating her new Target collection with some A-list actresses.
