The all-natural hair-care line Phylia de M has garnered a cult following by transforming scraggly mops into thick manes. One of the key ingredients, a fulvic acid compound, was developed by the founder Kazu Namise’s godfather, a Japanese oncologist. Now Namise is selling the regenerative blend straight up in Fulphyl, a supplement that, she says, removes toxins and free radicals from the body. Bonus: “Pour a mix of chicken manure, water, and fulvic acid over your garden and your plants will grow like mad,” Namise says. Considering it’s $220 a bottle, I’m keeping it all for myself.
