The musician, model and writer TK Quann, who is better known by her stage name (and Instagram handle) TK Wonder, has a unique personal style that has made her, along with her identical twin sister Cipriana, a favorite subject of street style photographers. The electronic singer-songwriter’s most recent trip to Chicago, for the 11th annual Pitchfork Music Festival, proved to be no exception. On the first day of the music festival, Quann wore a Coach Dino sweatshirt and denim cutoffs with a Coach Rouge bag.

Quann has had natural hair for over a decade. At the music festival, she wore her long locks pulled back from her face—in preparation of the dancing to come. On her agenda? Seeing performances by everyone from Dev Hynes to Brian Wilson.

As a singer-songwriter, Quann’s electronic, new wave rap addresses heavy topics ranging from racism and social issues to self acceptance and unrealistic beauty standards. Recently, she has opened for Kendrick Lamar and Sting. Even though she was off-duty at the Pitchfork Music Festival, Quann had time to catch up with her fellow musicians. Here, she stops for a quick chat with Moses Sumney before his performance.
