Tory Burch is a woman who knows her way around the rainbow: Her book In Color has chapters devoted to each of her favorite hues. Similarly, Burch’s new Eye Shadow Palettes group her top shades into three stunning compacts. I’m leaning toward Pas Du Tout, with its range of browns and beiges. And did I mention the packaging? Each one comes wrapped in the sweetest patterned paper, which makes me hopeful that Burch has a line of wallpaper on her to-do list.
