ZIIP It

A new device delivers electrifying facials at home.

It’s next to impossible to score an appointment with Melanie Simon. The West Coast skin guru—whose nanocurrent facials leave A-list clients with smooth, dewy, and youthful-looking complexions—has a waiting list that stretches a full year. But skincare DIYers can now harness her magic via ZIIP (ziipbeauty.com; $495), her game-changing gadget. The first nanocurrent device approved for home use, ZIIP utilizes low-level electricity to help restore collagen, improve elasticity, and refine skin’s texture. It comes with Revive, Simon’s antiaging program, but the device can upload other combinations from the ZIIP app. There are programs for sensitive skin, the eye area, and acne, with others on the way. “It’s not a quick fix,” says Simon, who explains that results become visible after about three treatments. “But if you use it regularly, I guarantee you will glow.”
