#emptyMONA
After inspiring meet-ups at the Louvre, LACMA, and the Guggenheim, Instagram brought its #empty series to the Museum of Old and New Art in Tasmania. In celebration of the event, photographers from Tasmania, Sydney, and Melbourne were treated to a dinner at the museum’s restaurant and a private viewing of works like Matthew Barney’s River of Fundament and James Turrell’s Armana—all of which was faithfully documented on social media, of course. Here, a few of our favorite snaps.
