3 Designers to Watch at London Fashion Week Fall 2016
1
Samuel Dougal
Samuel Dougal is launching an eponymous ready-to-wear collection this season at London Fashion Week. At only 26, the Cornwall native has already dressed Rihanna and Paloma Faith. Before creating his own line, Dougal trained under greats like Alexander McQueen and Philip Treacy. His debut collection focuses on tailoring and creating sleek and modern silhouettes, with a focus of quality fabrics and colors pulled from distinct locations around the United Kingdom, including cool greys inspired by the north of England and rich reds from Scotland.

Roberta Einer
Einer hails from Estonia, but moved to London in order to study at the University of Westminster and Central Saint Martins. The designer will show her second collection during London Fashion week, and if we have any indication from the debut, it will be playful and exuberant. Roberta interned at Mary Katrantzou, where she certainly gained experience working with bold color. The designer uses embellishment and hand embroidery to create special ready-to-wear pieces that feel young, and downright fun.

Rok Hwang
ROHK is a new brand founded by Rok Hwang in 2015. Before launching his label, Hwang worked under Phoebe Philo at Céline, and freelanced for Louis Vuitton and Chloe. The Central Saint Martins grad is interested in mixing sensual elegance with a raw attitude, and twisting classic pieces so they feel a bit odd, and new. The result is interesting women’s wear that can be carried over from season to season, year to year.
