Kanye West, Marc Jacobs at the 5th Annual Love Ball
Natalia Vodianova held court at the Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris on Wednesday night for her fifth annual Love Ball, in support of her Naked Heart Foundation charity. Themed “The Art of Giving,” the evening included a performance by Bolshoi Ballet soloists Kristina Kretova and Andrei Merkuriev, with costumes created by Russian designer Ulyana Sergeenko. Following the production, guests, including Kanye West, Adrien Brody and Paris Hilton, took in classical music from young prodigies Ivan and Daniel Bessonov, as well as a performance by Lykke Li. After dinner came a live auction of contemporary art from the likes of Taryn Simon, Olafur Eliasson and Sterling Ruby, among others. By night’s end, the gala had raised €3,886,000 for families of children with special needs and for building playgrounds around Russia.
