To celebrate its 50th anniversary, the Spanish bridal house Pronovias brought together designs from the past and the present in a retrospective exhibition, entitled “50 Love Stories,” and held its annual fashion show at the Pabellón Italiano de Barcelona. See our photographs here.
This photograph from the Pronovias 1996 campaign, featured in the exhibition “50 Love Stories,” shows a white lace dress with an asymmetric hem that would look modern today.
Unconventional designs, such as this Bianca Jagger-inspired le smoking suit from the Pronovias 2003 Street Style collection, show the brand’s wide range.
The 2015 collection highlighted the incredible attention to detail—each piece requires more than 250 hours of work.
The brand’s 50th anniversary show ended on a sweet note, when the design team joined supermodel Karolina Kurkova on the runway.
