Thom Browne’s Fall 2017 Show is Meditation on the Gray Suit, with Nary a Logo in Sight

Thom Browne’s Fall 2017 collection, presented Sunday during the Paris Fashion Week men’s shows, was a meditation on the sometimes maligned gray suit, the wardrobe staple of c-suites everywhere. Browne sent out attenuated gray suits–bodysuits really–and Stop Making Sense-style oversized gray suits, and he did it all with trademark wit and flair, and, most refreshingly, there was nary a logo in sight. Well, except for Browne’s signature red, white and blue tag.
