Over Labor Day Weekend, there are plenty of places a celebrity could be: The Venice Film Festival, perhaps, where Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper just received an eight minute-long standing ovation for their film A Star is Born; or the Telluride Film Festival, where Nicole Kidman is already getting Oscar buzz for her role in Destroyer. Then, there are those stars who are at one of many fabulous weddings on a coast of Italy. And for those without such engagements there’s always the Hamptons, or perhaps Mykonos. But then there are the stars who picked the US Open over all else. This year, actors Armie Hammer, Ellen Page, and Danai Gurira were amongst those who attended the tennis matches. Of course, year after year, the US Open has also been an opportunity for celebrity couples to enjoy a low-key date night. This year’s lovebirds included Hugh Jackman and his wife Deborra-lee Furness, Katie Couric and husband John Molner, and Mike Tyson and his wife Lakiha Spicer, but none caught the eye of the paparazzi more than Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, who were photographed kissing in the stands.
