It’s been two seasons since Anthony Vaccarello departed Versus Versace, the younger, hipper, edgier cousin of the already quite young, hip, and edgy Versace, for Saint Laurent, but the brand’s vision is as clear (and sexy) as ever under Donatella Versace’s guiding hand. It featured tiny skirts paired with exaggerated tops, long sleeves and high necks, and a healthy amount of oxblood breaking up its black-on-black color palette. The looks were glammed up with a Bowie-esque swipe of vivid eyeshadow across the brow in electric blue, pink, or deep black kohl. Bookended by the Hadid siblings — Gigi opened, Bella closed — Versus Versace was also filled with models of the moment like Sora Choi, Lineisy Montero, Stella Maxwell, and Vetements stalwart Paul Hameline (there was a bit of menswear in there, too).
