Even when Bella Hadid isn't working as a model, the 20-year-old is often in front of the camera. Thanks to her celebritydom, her near-every move is tracked by the paparazzi. With that little privacy, you would think that Hadid's relationship with the paparazzi would be strained at best. But, despite those feelings, Hadid came to the defense of one as she was leaving Michael Kors' New York Fashion Week show, which she walked in.

In a video clip, obtained by TMZ, you can see just how hectic Hadid's life is when she's outdoors. The model has a security detail team that's at least five people deep just to walk to her car. The scene is chaotic as swarms of photographers make their way to her, only to be shooed away by her guards. But when one of her security team members swats away a female photographer, Bella calls him out. "Can you please don't touch her," she says to the guard, while attempting to barricade herself between the two parties. "Are you okay? Are you okay?" she asks the woman. "Don't touch her," she repeats to the guard, before storming away into her black SUV.

Hadid's relationship with the paparazzi is a conflicted one, as earlier this summer she announced her plans to move because of incidents with photographers. "On another note – whoever thinks it’s OK to photograph into someones home & private space is straight up sick, sad & f–ked up. time to move," she tweeted in June after photos of her with her friend Jordan Barnett in her own home were circulating.

Just last month, Hadid reportedly had to duck off the street just to find refuge from the paparazzi. She allegedly waited it out at The VNYL in the East Village, as Page Six reported, and was reportedly overhead saying "Ugh, I’m just trying to do my grocery shopping."

Last year Hadid opened up about her fame, telling Glamour, "I don’t walk down the street like, 'I’m famous.' It’s still weird to me when people ask for pictures. My close friends from high school keep me grounded—they don’t care about what I do. I’m still the same person I was, and I try hard not to change."
