JANE'S ADDICTION
Caviar Dreams
Last year, when Charlotte Knight, the founder of the British nail line Ciaté, showed me her “caviar” manicure—multicolored roe-size glass beads in clear polish—I was so smitten that I demanded to be the first to sport it Stateside. Subsequently, Ciaté has debuted lacquers with velvet, suede, and, most recently, feathery finishes. Now comes an upgrade on the original: Caviar Luxe ($25, sephora.com). This time, the balls are supershiny metal and the polish comes in an array of colors. I’ll take it over a tin of beluga any day.
