Although some of her mother’s sartorial choices have been a bit iffy, Chelsea Clinton looked like quite the fashion maven strolling through Gramercy late Sunday afternoon. Rocking one of summer’s hot accessories—a straw fedora—and a short blue dress, Clinton (sans security) bopped about Irving Place with a handsome, scruffy young man. Clearly wilted by the heat, Clinton kept herself cool with a cup of Pinkberry. But even the fresh frozen yogurt wasn’t enough to beat the scorching sun; the duo eventually found a cool haven in 71 Irving Place Coffee & Tea Bar.
