With Father’s Day just around the bend, we asked one of the most stylish gentlemen we know—our Editor in Chief—where he goes and who he sees to stay looking so sharp. “I would follow my stylist Losi anywhere,” Stefano told us, speaking of the woman who’s been cutting his hair for years. “Luckily she’s led me to the best-kept secret for men in New York City—the kind of place where you can have a good whiskey along with a shave and a haircut.”

The place where Losi wields her scissors is the Martial Vivot Salon Pour Hommes, tucked away just behind MoMA on West 54th Street. You’ll most likely be a hero if you line your man up with a cut there, of course—or try their Father’s Day gift card, which is good for a 45-minute straight-razor shave treatment using products from the French beauty house Caron, along with a bottle of Caron’s cult fragrance from 1934, Pour un Homme, or the line’s latest, the citrus-centric Yuzu.

And if the lucky father in your life runs into our editor there, make sure he says hello. ($95, martialvivot.com or 212.956.2990)
