Today is National Selfie Day and what better way to celebrate than learning from the best? In “How to Take a Selfie Like a Supermodel,” models like Candice Swanepoel, Adriana Lima and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley offer sage advice on the perfect pose. “Go from above,” offers Jamie Bochert; “Make the hair wild,” says Swanepoel; and “Find the good light,” instructs Karlie Kloss. Check your bangs à la Meghan Collison, try an action shot like Mariacarla Boscono, or blow a kiss like Kloss. And there’s always the old-fashioned selfie stick, favorite of fashion’s funniest model, Tilda Lindstam. Whichever method you choose, don’t neglect your ensemble: As designer Jason Wu told W, “If you’re posting selfies, you better be in a really great outfit.”
