Fight or Flight

I’ve become addicted to Exhale Spa’s HIIT class CFX Extreme. These new Nike Zoom Fit Agility sneakers are my perfect armor. The hexagonal rubber pods on the sole provide amazing cushioning and support for jumps and lunges, while the shoe’s overall flexibility and lightness allow my feet to move freely through all manner of exercises. If only the rest of my body could keep up!
