London’s toniest parents have a new strategy to ensure the creative genius of their offspring: sending them to Paint Pots House, a center that offers classes in art, cooking and dance. It opened this year on the Boltons, one of the poshest streets in town, and local celebs including Yasmin Le Bon and Elle Macpherson have enrolled their children in courses, which cost up to $730 per term. The center is the brainchild of Georgina Hood, who runs three Montessori schools in London. “We nurture creative potential,” she says. “Even our cooking classes—for babies as young as 18 months—involve stories and music.”
