Nails must be:

Clean, I don’t like wearing much nail polish.

Sheet mask or mud mask:

Lush’s Oatifix Mud Mask and Rodial’s Dragons Blood Eye masks.

Bronze or blush:

If anything I’ll use Maybelline Dream Sun Bronzing Powder.

Beauty from the inside out:

Lots of salad and veggies. Morning smoothies (strawberry banana is my fave), apples and carrots are a great snack, too. For a really yummy salad I enjoy going to Chop’t, and as far as a diet goes I like to keep to a high protein low carb low/no dairy diet.

Exercise obsession:

Planet Fitness and Gotham Gym. There is so much variety in the workouts and depending on how far you choose to push yourself, there are a lot of really varied exercises you can leave completely crippled and I love that feeling because it makes me feel productive.

Drink of choice:

Water. Lots and lots of water.

Product that you borrow from the boys:

Clothes, the occasional cologne.
