Model Elizabeth Davison was one of the standouts of the season, thanks to her appearances on the runway at Maison Margiela, Valentino, and Roksanda, and in the pages of W's March issue. With her elvish features and piercing blue eyes, the Canadian beauty is only just beginning. Here, she shares her beauty knowledge, revealing everything from her favorite drugstore products to backstage beauty tips like using a lip gloss as a eyeshadow and highlighter.

Your look in three words:

Multicultural, elvish, young.

Nails must be:

Clean, I don't like wearing much nail polish.

Sheet mask or mud mask:

Lush's Oatifix Mud Mask and Rodial's Dragons Blood Eye masks.

Bronze or blush:

If anything I'll use Maybelline Dream Sun Bronzing Powder.

Beauty from the inside out:

Lots of salad and veggies. Morning smoothies (strawberry banana is my fave), apples and carrots are a great snack, too. For a really yummy salad I enjoy going to Chop't, and as far as a diet goes I like to keep to a high protein low carb low/no dairy diet.

Exercise obsession:

Planet Fitness and Gotham Gym. There is so much variety in the workouts and depending on how far you choose to push yourself, there are a lot of really varied exercises you can leave completely crippled and I love that feeling because it makes me feel productive.

Drink of choice:

Water. Lots and lots of water.

Product that you borrow from the boys:

Clothes, the occasional cologne.

Product that you picked up from the pros:

Jenna Kuchera showed me that you can wear lip gloss on your eyelids and also in substitute of a highlighter that creates a really beautiful dewy look.

A woman should smell like:

Whatever she wants, but I really love Cool Water by Davidoff.

Appointment you’d love to nab:

Facial at Isabelle Bellis in New York.

Spa-cation at:

Phuket in Thailand for the beauty and the privacy included in this amazing location.

In-tub must-read:

"From The Corner Of His Eye" by Dean Koontz.

Best advice from mom:

Be a duck. Let negativity roll off your back like water droplets.

Your most searing beauty q:

How can I eat ice cream all day everyday and maintain a perfect complexion?
