Vera Wang’s Fall 2014 collection—deep gray sweaters, black gothic gowns—was accompanied by effortless hair, courtesy of the stylist Jimmy Paul, who scrunched in Bumble and bumble Prep ($21, bumbleandbumble.com) for “an extremely natural, very, very undone look.” The makeup artist Lucia Pieroni also kept things au natural, save for some luminizing shimmer on cheekbones and a bare, nude shade on lips. Perhaps the boldest statement showed up on the nails, where the manicurist Jin Soon Choi opted for a shimmery gunmetal gray.
