The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is leaving Paris, and the west for that matter, behind. The iconic fashion event will move to Shanghai, China, for its 2017 show.

The news comes courtesy of WWD, which revealed the, well, secret for in a larger report about Victoria’s Secret’s expanded efforts in China overall. This week marks the opening of China’s first full-assortment Victoria’s Secret location. The company also has plans to open a flagship store in Hong Kong later this year. It’ll join the other five Hong Kong Victoria’s Secret locations, plus the 26 stores in mainland China.

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show has been a high-profile event for the company since 1996, gaining even more notice when it began airing on broadcast television in 2001. Throughout its history, the show has most often taken place in New York City, but that’s not to say it hasn’t traveled plenty—Miami, Los Angeles, and London have all played host to the event.

The 2016 show finally took Victoria’s Secret to the fashion capital of the world, Paris, where models including Gigi and Bella Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Adriana Lima, and Joan Smalls walked the runway. The year 2017 will mark the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show’s first stop in Asia and, indeed, beyond the Western world.

Right now, Victoria’s Secret Angels are already giving Shanghai an early glimpse at the full force of their presence, as models including Josephine Skriver, Sui He, Ming Xi, and Alessandra Ambrosio are in Shanghai for the store opening. The women have been steadily documenting their trip on social media.

The last Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show hit the catwalk only four months ago, but this news already has us eagerly awaiting the Angels’ next trip down the runway. This trip is by far the show’s farthest adventure. Before the Paris extravaganza, the Angels took London, complete with musical appearances from Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, and Ariana Grande. Let the speculation for this year’s musical guest begin.
