Dua Lipa Drips in Diamonds at Bulgari’s New York Fashion Week Party

Bulgari kicked off New York Fashion Week on Wednesday by unveiling a striking golden sculpture on the High Line, and as a guest of honor, Dua Lipa dressed the part.
The superstar and global Bulgari ambassador attended the High Jewelry fête in a look that hit all the notes of gilded glamour and classic Dua Lipa cool. Styled by Lorenzo Posocco, the singer donned a glistening top with high-shine crystal embellishments. Upon closer inspection, the design was adorned in an abstract pattern of gold and white threading, creating an almost snake-skin effect reminiscent of Bulgari’s serpent imagery. She finished the look with low-slung black trousers and Le Silla’s pointy toed Amelia pumps—adding a hit of satisfying slouch to an otherwise ornate ensemble.
Her jewels, naturally, were the main event. For the occasion, she wore the new Serpenti Helix High Jewelry necklace—a golden ribbed choker set with diamonds and a serpent pendant in the center, featuring a detachable Tanzanian spinel hanging from its mouth. She paired the show-stopping piece with a High Jewelry Serpenti bracelet, a High Jewelry Serpenti ring, and yellow diamond studs. She was joined by other ambassadors Anne Hathaway and Lisa, who also dripped in Serpenti jewels.
Lipa’s elaborate outfit complemented the coiling golden structure—called auruBOROS—which celebrates the Bulgari’s Serpenti icon. Conceived by Berlin-based architecture duo Plastique Fantastique, the installation doubles as a public monument overlooking the New York City skyline, and it will be on view until September 20.
Though certainly extravagant, Lipa’s look struck a high-low mix, befitting a stacked fashion week schedule. Case in point: later that evening, her outfit took her to the brand’s afterparty at Boom atop The Standard, where she was joined by husband Callum Turner for a late night of dancing. Diamonds really do it all.
