Lola Rykiel’s Ultimate Detox
For her annual end-of-summer cleanse, Lola Rykiel, the Parisian fashionista-turned-PR Director (for Sonia Rykiel, her grandmother’s namesake brand), heads West to California’s The Pearl Laguna. A week of vegetarian food, yoga, meditation, and hiking, is the perfect detox for an indulgent summer holiday spent in L’ile de ré, France. “It is not very French!” Rykiel laughs. “My mother can’t believe that I was hiking, meditating like a yogi (or at least trying), and not drinking coffee for a week – I think I’ve almost become American!” See more from her trip here.
