Marni’s Men on the Go in Milan

Marni Menswear Spring 2017

In the current, turbulent fashion landscape, Marni remains a constant — not only has the brand been under the guidance of founder and designer Consuelo Castiglioni since its inception in 1994, but it has also consistently put out collections that bear the brand’s trademark color-blocking and strong silhouettes across menswear and womenswear alike. The Spring 2017 collection shown in Milan Saturday evidenced this — amid retro leather trenches and high-waisted camel-toned shorts, there were futuristic green, orange, and white sweatshirts, button-down shirts paired with wide, full pants, and a turtleneck or two. In combination with the briefcases and weekender bags, Marni is outfitting the man on the move.
