Oscars 2018: Kanye West, Timothée Chalamet, And Paris Jackson Party Ahead on Sunday Night’s Awards
While the fashion set remains overseas for Paris Fashion Week, all of Hollywood is firmly planted in Los Angeles in anticipation of this weekend’s Academy Awards. While Sunday night is invariably always the week’s biggest party night, there were still plenty of pre-bashes leading up to the main event. Vanity Fair, which always hosts the biggest Oscars after-party, built up to their official event with a duo of parties during the week: the Vanity Fair and Lancome Paris Celebrate Women In Hollywood party, and Vanity Fair, Barneys New York, and Sony Pictures Classic’s cocktail party for Call My By Your Name. The former brought out stars like Paris Jackson, Zendaya, Aubrey Plaza, and Mindy Kaling, while the latter saw, of course, the film’s stars Timothée Chalamet and Armie Hammer. Meanwhile, some celebrities took a break from Oscar madness to celebrate the Gagosian Gallery’s presentation of Damien Hirst’s latest series, “The Veil Paintings,” which saw Karlie Kloss, Ana de Armas, and even Kanye West taking in the colorful works.
