Bright, Notice-Me Pink Was New York Fashion Week’s Biggest Street Style Trend
New York fashion might be most associated with all black ensembles, but when it comes to New York Fashion Week, street style peacocks can’t help but bring out their flashiest hues to attract some attention. For the Spring 2018 season, one color quickly became omnipresent among the style star set: fuchsia. The brighter, more alluring answer to last year’s Millennial pink was just about everywhere on show-goers, most evident in one particular Rejina Pyo dress seen on more than a few attendees. And it certainly did the trick: street style photographers seemingly couldn’t get enough of the hue. Here, a look at the brightest pinks of the week, including appearances by Soo Joo Park, Gigi Hadid and Rihanna.
