What: amfAR’s 6th annual Inspiration Gala honoring singer Miley Cyrus and Bravo host Andy Cohen.

Who: Comedian Sandra Bernhard presented the amfAR Award of Inspiration to Andy Cohen, while Miley Cyrus was honored by Tyler Ford, her friend and collaborator for the Happie Hippie Presents #InstaPride campaign. Other celebrity guests and activists included Anderson Cooper, Mary J. Blige, Tyson Beckford, Heidi Klum, Laverne Cox, Lily Donaldson, Joan Smalls, and Andreja Pejić, as well as designer Alexander Wang and amfAR Chairman Kenneth Cole.
Why: Bringing big personalities such as these together is sure to make a big impact. The evening raised more than $1.5 million.
