Earlier this summer, I took a trip to the Castello di Amorosa winery in Calistoga, California. A 13th-century Tuscan-style castle, it’s like Game of Thrones come to life, with amazing wine. My personal favorite was the Los Carneros, Pinot Noir. I can’t wait to return and restock my supply.
