A Futurist Assembly

While I am not exactly a beauty buff, the art history nerd inside me jumped for joy when I spotted this Aesop set, which adopts the wild and wonderful typography of Filippo Tommaso Marinetti and his fellow Italian Futurists. A serendipitous complement to the upcoming retrospective at the Guggenheim Museum, the Sonority kit—which consists of Resurrection Aromatique Hand Wash and Hand Balm, Geranium Body Cleanser, and Rind Concentrate Body Balm—is perfectly timed to get me in the alacritous spirit of the 20th-century movement. And, much like the Futurists who fought back against the sameness of the Impressionists, this quartet of citrus products will help me combat my skin’s seasonal dullness and replace it with a brighter future.
