Ever since gracing the runway at Alessandro Michele’s debut Gucci show this summer, edgy model Harmony Boucher has been one to watch. Here, the British star opens up about her exercise regime, personal style, and more.

Your look in three words: Polite, punk, rock.

Five-minute routine: R+Co Sunset Boulevard Shampoo and Conditioner for blondes, which keeps my color nice and light. St. Ives Blackhead Clearing Apricot Scrub or Simple Foam Cleanser for my face. Dove Body Wash. Palmer’s Cocoa Moisturizing Lotion (my favorite beauty product ever). Murray’s Super Light Pomade for my hair—an oldie, but the best I’ve found to control my big fluffy hair!

Never leave the house without: Armani Code, my Murray’s pomade, and a Tangle Teezer (just in case I go swimming).

Beauty from the inside out: Less is always more when it comes to products. Drink alkaline water constantly. Drink juice with immune boosters and don’t be scared of vegetables and salad–they are your best friends. Cook for yourself so you know what your eating and can make a connection to your food. I try to avoid supplements and get everything from my food but sometimes you need a little help. I take iron and B12.

Exercise regime: Growing up I played a lot of sports—soccer mainly. I enjoy team exercise because it’s very motivating and easier to achieve goals as a team! When I’m not playing team sports I enjoy cycling and aqua aerobics. I have a few injuries and I find water is the best for helping with that.

Cleanse or not: I have done one cleanse before, but I just try to keep a healthy diet so I don’t have to!

Beauty essentials: I love Palmer’s Cocoa Butter and have been using it for years.

Skincare secret: Never go to bed with makeup on! Nair Hair removal for sensitive skin will keep you hair free without the rashes.

Hair remedy: Argan (the best is unfiltered from Morocco) or coconut oil.

In-tub must-read: The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole, Aged 13 ¾.

Fragrance of choice: Armani Code (men’s).

Best advice from mom: Never shave your legs. I wish I’d listened to her!

Best advice from the pros: Water. Water. Water.

Beauty icons: Freja Beha Erichsen, Milla Jovovich, and Twiggy.

Anything else: Embrace your good side, and it will show.
