Why: At Cannes, the younger Moss sister proved that she’s one to watch on the red carpet. It’s equal parts goth queen and street-ready cool girl — the oversized slouch of the sweatshirt acts as a counterpoint to the polish of the prim white bag and edgy black choker. We won’t say no to those mules, either.
