What: MCM’s over-the-top presentation of their Spring 2015 collection, titled “Game On! Diamond Land!”
When: October 31st, 2014
Where: The Shao Weiping-designed Phoenix International Media Center in Beijing.
Who: Photographer and blogger Hanneli Mustaparta, models Soo Joo and Hyeong Seop Park, and Chinese actresses Zhou Xun and Wang Luodan sat front row at the epic runway show and after party, which included a performance by VV Brown.
Why: The elaborate event brought MCM’s legacy into the future with an inventive digital installation that recalled the brand’s classic diamond monogram.
